Danmark skrev OSCAR historie i nat…!
Sikke en skøn, men anderledes Oscar uddelingen i år. Oscar showet i år, blev holdt i mere hyggelige omstændigheder end det plejer. Normalt ville Oscar showet blive holdt i The Dolby Theatre i Hollywood and Highland Center. Men i år foregik det også på Union Station i Los Angeles.
Thomas Vinterbergs film ”DRUK” var nomineret til 2 Oscars (Bedste Instruktør og Bedste Internationale Film). Og Thomas løb med en Oscar statuette for Bedste Internationale Film (YEEEEES). Den danske klippere Mikkel E.G. Nielsen vandt en Oscar statuette for Bedste Filmredigering “Sound of Metal”.
Filmen “Nomadland” blev den helt store vinder i nat. Filmen løb med tre Oscar statuetter for Bedste Film, Bedste Instruktør og Bedste Kvindelige Skuespiller. Og den allersidste Oscar statue gik til den legendariske skuespiller Anthony Hopkins (Bedste Mandlige Hovedrolle) for sin hovedrolle i filmen “The Father”.
Men alt i alt, et godt show i år, selvom det ikke var under normale omstændigheder.
