Loved by fans all over the world, the MY LITTLE PONY franchise has entered the digital age with a splash, including a brand new interactive storybook app from Egmont Kids Digital Media, under license from Hasbro, Inc. MY LITTLE PONY: CUTIE MARK CHRONICLES, based on the hit animated series MY LITTLE PONY: FRIENDSHIP IS MAGIC, created by Hasbro Studios and currently airing on Discovery Family Channel in the United States, allows children to explore how each of the ponies earned their cutie marks. Young readers will also get to experience the heart-warming sensation of helping friends discover their unique talents and even earn their own cutie mark – just like the ponies!

Today, the colorful, enchanting world of MY LITTLE PONY comes alive on iOS and Android compatible devices with CUTIE MARK CHRONICLES, which will feature a Design Your Own Pony section and a series of six short stories about each of the pony’s cutie mark journeys, including activities tailored to Twilight Sparkle, Pinkie Pie, Rarity, Fluttershy, Applejack, and Rainbow Dash! This storybook app is full of humor and excitement, and the action can be saved anytime and picked up later. The app will feel fresh every time the user returns as there are numerous cutie marks to collect and plenty of options for customizing the user’s own pony. 

The interactive component of CUTIE MARK CHRONICLES comes in the form of activities that help users improve hand-eye coordination, fine motor skills, problem-solving, and memory, all designed to entertain and develop the child. Help Applejack find her way home from Manehattan to Sweet Apple Acres or help Rarity design a spectacular pattern. This app’s storytelling and unique, pony specific activities  will inspire users to design their own ponies with a bit of Equestrian magic in mind!
