ROCCAT sponsors StarCraft II WCS Europe Season 3

Blizzard Entertainment’s StarCraft® II World Championship Series Europe Season 3 has just commenced, with ROCCAT as the new sponsor. The round of 32 features some of the world’s best StarCraft II pro gamers split into eight groups fighting online for a spot in the round of 16, which will take place live in Cologne beginning September 24. The competitors’ ultimate goal is to participate in the WCS Global Final later this year, held at BlizzCon® in Anaheim on November 8–9. With a total prize pool of $1.6 million USD in 2013, the WCS is one of the world’s top eSports leagues.
